Shipping & Returns
The Global Display Solution orders are shipped either FOB Northlake, IL or Portland, OR. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice unless specified otherwise. Generally, orders ship UPS Ground. However, on large orders Shipping will be done using freight for cost savings and efficiency.
Canadian deliveries are provided via UPS Standard, International Express, International Expedited. Canadian delivery taxes and brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact us with any questions.
When Products are damaged by a freight carrier please file a claim with the carrier and contact The Global Display Solution immediately.
Stock items must be returned within 30 days of order and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges. Returned goods will not be accepted without authorization from the company. Custom items may not be returned. Canadian order returns are limited to defective products.
