Over the past few weeks, The Global Display Solution™ has experienced disruptions caused by congestion at West Coast ports. Increased container traffic, combined with skeleton work crews, have led to lengthy delays. The backlog of ships waiting to be unloaded in ports has recently tripled. Unfortunately, some of our products are caught in the logjam. in fact, two shipments have been sitting off the coast of California since November 30th. Check out this article to learn more.

The Global Display Solution™ is doing as much as we can to address items that are out-of-stock. We greatly appreciate our customers and want to apologize for any inconvenience that delayed deliveries might have caused. Although only a small percentage of our items are currently on back order, we understand the frustration of not receiving the product you need. Please feel free to reach out to your representative if you need an update on the status of our order or if we can provide an alternative solution.

Better days are not far away. Several shipments will arrive this month, putting us in great position to deliver going forward. We are also taking deliveries from our local sources. These shipments will quickly allow us to fill back orders and build up stock for 2021.
